The service
Trackody (Private) Limited provides hosted affiliate tracking software under the name Trackody. Subscribing gives you a panel you administer yourself, including your own publishers, offers, networks and domains.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the users you invite into your panel. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to distribute malware, to run phishing or other deceptive campaigns, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours. You are responsible for the traffic you send through your links and for the offers you promote.
We may suspend a panel that we reasonably believe is being used this way. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first.
Your data
The data collected through your panel is yours. We process it to provide the service and for no other purpose. You can export your logs and reports at any time. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Domains and third-party accounts
You are responsible for the domains you add and for having the right to use them. If you connect a Cloudflare account, you authorise us to create and modify the DNS records and zone settings needed for the domains you add. We will not make changes beyond that, and you can revoke the authorisation at any time.
Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you choose. Access continues until the end of a paid period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law or agreed by us in writing.
Availability
We work to keep the service running continuously and to make maintenance unobtrusive, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Tracking links are designed to keep working during panel maintenance.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time; your panel remains available until the end of the paid period. We may end the agreement for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. On termination you may export your data before it is removed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give reasonable notice, and continuing to use the service after it takes effect means you accept it.
